We’ve been notified of several crimes via our Facebook page over recent weeks. These include an attempted burglary, theft from a shed and a stolen car.
I contacted PCSO Gary Dunning from the Whitchurch and Tongwynlais Neighbourhood Policing Team and he confirmed that there were a number of shed burglaries reported over the weekend. Gary recommended that people make sure they secure their sheds, garages and cars as best as possible, not leaving any items on display. He added, “Please report any person who seems at all suspicious to 101 or 999 if a crime is occurring.”
