Alternative Sites

Cardiff Council have published details of 3 proposed residential development sites in Tongwynlais.

These proposals are called “Alternative Sites” and are a response to the Deposit LDP. Below are details of the 3 proposed sites.

Ty Isaf Farm

This site is at the north of the village, just off Heol-Y-Fforest. Full details are in this document.

Cefn Garw Quarry

This is a large site in a similar location. Full details are in this document.

Castle Road

This site is between Castle Road and Fforest Fawr. Full details are in this document.

How do I give feedback?

There are 4 public consultation events arranged. The closest is at Radyr Comprehensive School on 10th March 2014, 6.30pm to 7.30pm.

You can comment on these Alternative Sites by completing this form and sending it to LDP Team, City Development, City Hall, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3ND or emailing it to LDP@Cardiff.gov.uk by midnight on the 4th April 2014.
