Starting next Monday, Steve from In House Fitness will be running an exercise class in the village hall from 7-8pm. The class is for adults only, costs £3 and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Steve specialises in offering one on one instruction in your own home and is offering one hour sessions at reduced prices for a limited period.
1 x individual session. Normal price £30 now £12
4 x session blocks. Normal price £100 now £44
8 x session blocks. Normal price £160 now £80
1 x shared session. Normal price £20 each, now £10 each. Bring a friend or partner along to the session
