The Friends of Tongwynlais Primary School are hoping to organise a summer fayre in Tongwynlais on 23rd June 2018.
The organising committee chair, Janine Wadlow, said: “This event is not just about raising funds for the PTA; we would like it to be a community event where everyone takes part and enjoy themselves.
“The event will take place from 11am to 2pm. We are looking for volunteers to help set up from 10am and stalls/activities for the children – so if you know anyone that would like to have a presence in this community event, please let us know.
“We haven’t had a summer fayre for a few years and we wanted to hold one this year in the festival week to highlight the community of Tongwynlais”.

Janine is also looking for local groups or businesses to offer demonstrations or activities for the children and adults. This will give you the opportunity to find new members or advertise your business.
