Tough Runner UK are hosting the Cardiff Epic Trail 10k in Fforest Fawr on the 8th of July 2018.
The organisers have announced that the event is sold out but you can still join the reserve list.
If you’ve already registered, the route has recently been published on the event page. I’ve created a map of the route below and added approximate mile/kilometre markers.
