The summary results from the 2013 Tongwynlais village survey were on display at the recent “Knowing you – knowing Ton” event.
There were 156 responses to the survey and the results were very interesting.
- 71% of respondents had been on local walks in the last month
- 48% of respondents had used local cycling routes in the last month
- 74% of respondents would support the land next to the village hall being bought by and for the village
- 61% of respondents would object to houses being built on the land next to the hall

There’s a public meeting on Thursday 10th April at 6:00pm in Bethesda Church to discuss the planning application that’s been submitted.
